Bag Designs

U-PANEL FIBC

These Bulk Bags/ FIBC’s are made from flat fabric. Loops for these bags are attached in the corners.

CIRCULAR / TUBULAR FIBC

These Bulk Bags are made out of tubular Polypropylene woven fabric with eight reinforcement panels on the material. The cross corner loops are stitched on the reinforced panels of the bag. These bags do not have any seams/stitches in the vertical direction.

FOUR-PANEL FIBC

These Bulk Bags are manufactured from flat polypropylene fabric. The four different panels of fabrics are securely stitched by Overlock + Safety stitch with loops in the corner or cross corner. In case of cross corner loops – the body fabric will be manufactured with reinforcement panels just like circular bags.

CONICAL FIBC

These bags are designed primarily for poor flowing materials.

The conical shape at the bottom of the bag ensures that the bulk bag can be discharged quickly and easily. By using this bulk bags, you can sometimes prevent expensive adjustments to unloading systems.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE LOOP FIBC

These Bulk Bags/ FIBC’s are made of circular or tubular fabric. Body fabric makes the loops. These types of bags are primarily used in the fertiliser industries.

TUNNEL LIFT FIBC

These Bulk Bags are manufactured by u –panel body and two side panels. The loops are made of body or side panels in the form of a tunnel to lift bags via a forklift.
