Bulk bag printing is a production printing process, not digital photo printing. Artwork must be prepared for flexographic printing on woven polypropylene fabric.
AI images may not be suitable
AI-generated images often include gradients, soft shadows, fine texture, photo-style detail and many blended colours. These effects usually need to be simplified before FIBC printing.
No photo-quality printing
Bulk bag printing is best for logos, text, icons, warning marks, product names and line graphics. Photos, portraits, landscapes and realistic renders are not ideal.
Up to 4 colours
Bulk bag printing can be produced in up to 4 colours per design, subject to artwork and production review. Complex full-colour CMYK artwork must be simplified.
Use solid colours
Gradients, glows, transparency, soft fades and drop shadows do not reproduce reliably. Designs should use solid spot colours wherever possible.
Keep text readable
Small text, very thin strokes, fine patterns and tight reversed-out detail may lose clarity on woven polypropylene. Bold artwork performs better.
Allow print tolerance
Minor print movement and registration variation can occur, especially with multi-colour artwork. Designs should avoid critical fine alignment between colours.
