Business Account FAQs

Common questions before applying for a Pacific Packaging business account.

Trade Credit is for regular business buyers who are happy to pay advertised website prices but need purchase order and Net 30 payment flexibility. Wholesale is for customers needing bulk quantities, larger MOQs, or wholesale pricing.

Do Trade Credit customers receive discounted pricing?

No. Trade Credit customers purchase at the current advertised website prices unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can approved customers order using a purchase order?

Yes. Once approved, eligible business customers can order using a purchase order number under their approved account setup.

What are the payment terms?

Approved Trade Credit customers are strictly on Net 30 terms from invoice date. Wholesale payment terms may also be available subject to credit approval.
