PackPoints is Pacific Packaging's loyalty program that rewards you for every order you place with us. Joining is simple - sign up here to create your account and you'll automatically receive 250 bonus points to get you started.
You earn points by signing up, placing orders, and more. The more points you accumulate, the higher your tier - unlocking greater rewards along the way. Visit the Ways to Earn section on this page for the full breakdown.
Log in to your rewards dashboard here and head to the Ways to Redeem section to select a reward. Once you've chosen a voucher, apply it at checkout. You can also redeem points directly from your cart at checkout - just make sure you're logged in.
Log in to your account and your points balance will appear at the top of your rewards dashboard. You can also check it any time via your dedicated PackPoints page.
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To keep them, simply place an order or engage with the program within that window.
If you return a purchase, the points earned for that order will be deducted from your account.
Once logged in, you can view your current tier on your Account page. Tiers are based on the points you've accumulated - Essential, Professional, and Premier.
