What is PackPoints and how do I join?

PackPoints is Pacific Packaging Australia's rewards program. Create or sign in to your account to join. New members receive 250 welcome points to get started.

How do I earn PackPoints?

You can earn points through purchases and other bonus activities. See the Ways to Earn PackPoints section above for the current earning options.

How do I redeem my PackPoints?

Sign in to your account, choose an available reward and apply it at checkout. You can also redeem points from the cart when you're signed in.

Where can I see my points balance?

Sign in to your account and your PackPoints balance and recent points activity will appear on your rewards dashboard.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To keep them, simply place an order or engage with the program within that window.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If you return a purchase, the points earned for that order will be deducted from your account.

How do I know what tier I'm in?

Once signed in, you can view your current PackPoints tier. Tiers are based on the points you've accumulated: Essential, Professional and Premier.

What can I redeem my points for?

Rewards currently start at 250 points for a $10 voucher, with higher-value options available as your balance grows. See Redeem your PackPoints above for the current reward choices.
