Production essentials

Clear specifications before you commit

Custom printing works best when the artwork, substrate and production method are assessed together. These are the key factors our team will review.

Print method

Flexographic printing is suited to bold logos, clear text, line artwork and product information on woven polypropylene.

Colour count

Suitable onshore sack jobs can use up to two colours. Offshore production can support up to four colours, subject to review.

Artwork quality

Vector AI, EPS or PDF artwork gives the cleanest result. Fine textures, gradients, shadows and photo detail may need simplification.

Order quantity

Minimums vary by bag type, dimensions, colour count and production method. Submit your brief for job-specific guidance.

Proof approval

A digital proof is supplied for review so the layout, print position and key information can be approved before production.

Lead time

Offshore FIBC production is typically 10 to 14 weeks from order confirmation. Timing depends on the final specification and freight.

FIBC standard: Bulk bag specifications should be assessed for the intended product and handling process. Where relevant, FIBCs must reference ISO 21898:2024.
