How to choose a woven polypropylene sack

Density sets the size

A dense fill like sand needs a short bag; a light bulky fill like chaff needs a tall one. The same 20 kg needs very different volume.

Lined when moisture matters

A polythene liner inside the woven sack keeps moisture away from feed, fertiliser and powders.

Transparent when contents sell

Clear woven sacks let a buyer judge grade, dryness and size without opening the bag.

Gussets add volume

A side gusset squares the bag out, so it holds more and sits flatter on a pallet than a flat sack of the same width.

Breathable uncoated weave

Uncoated woven polypropylene lets air move through the bag, which suits dry goods that should not sweat in storage.

What is the difference between a woven sack and a bulk bag?

Scale and lifting. A woven sack is a hand-carried bag sized for a load one or two people can move. A bulk bag, or FIBC, has lifting loops and a rated safe working load so it can be moved by forklift or crane. If the load needs machinery, you need a bulk bag.

Do woven polypropylene sacks come with a liner?

Only where the product says so. Most sacks here are uncoated and unlined, which lets air pass through. Lined options such as the 50 x 80 cm feed bag add a polythene inner for moisture sensitive contents.

Can woven sacks be printed with our branding?

Yes, on the same woven polypropylene stock. Some categories already carry stock printing, and custom artwork runs through sacks printing, which sets out colours, artwork requirements and minimum quantities.
